  A delicious bottle of wine! On the nose, I get smoky, bacon fat. On the palate, I get rustic, smoky, meat and a hint of blueberry. You can tell this is Syrah from the Rhone. It is somewhat reminiscant of a Cote Rotie although not quite as elegant; a little more in-your-face.
