Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Clear and bright, medium lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium+ intensity aromas of lemon peel, bitter orange marmalade, nail varnish remover, botrytis and cereals. The wine is sweet with a medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ intensity flavours of cereals, bitter orange marmalade, lemon peel and botrytis. Medium finish. It's a good quality wine with some typicity and a nice balance between fruit and acidity, but the concentration of flavours could be higher and the finish longer. Drink now, but has enough acidity and fruit concentration to develop more complexity in the next 5-8 years.
