  Bright, clear orange to brick red garnet. Incense-tinged smoke, church pew, mid red fruit with a hint of orange zest. Initially light and a little inconsequential, building texture, depth and complexity with air, especially after an hour or so and really singing at three hours. Good length, nicely bright and very drinkable. Super. ****

  This is a beautiful bottle that simply has begun its transformation into Oloroso. Almost full-bodied with a great acid-tannic structure. Almost no sediment in the bottle.
  
  Nevertheless: it absolutely married the deep-fried onion crisps at Italian restaurant PRIMO in Kannai, Yokohama.
