Excellent Lovely and getting into tertiary character already. Medium bodied with echoes of autumn in the nose and palate. Subtle cherry and baked strawberry. Mushroom coming in, turned late-autumn leaves. Sorry if you hate the term, but sois bois. There, I said it.
Loved it with duck breast and perogies!
Bought early-2022 from a private cellar via a reputable retailer, "All wines bought and stored from their issue" then stored in my good, but not perfect conditions, fully dark, temperature upper-50s to low-60s F.
Difficult to read, but I think this really states 11.5% abv, but maybe it's 13.5%.

Nose has depth, Cherry, some smoke. Palate is soft but too sour. Tannin seems raw and unrefined. Either lacking fruit or too young, I’m not able to judge. Seems gangly and awkward, I’m not sure where this bottle came from; possibly an impulse purchase from Esquin?

drinking well right now. lots of wet rocky minerality along with a mixture of darker red berries, plum, tea, and leather. Was quite open from 20 minutes of air until about the 2 hour mark then closed in on itself. Came back to life after a half hour. Best days are still a few years out i think

- Ruby color and aromas of tea and smokey. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of cloves, horsey and almond with a medium body. Leathery texture with a short finish.

This is drinking very well right now, trying these at 2 or 3 years is child molesting.
