From glass. Initially a big, throbbing nose of red fruit and cigar, but later nuances of florals, root vegetables, and even some meatiness, all of it blending together into a kind of potpourri. Palate a bright but short version of that potpourri, balanced and pleasant of texture, but just short. Tannins I think were resolved, actually; not sure how many days before I drank this the bottle had been open. Quaff now?

A first Glance on red Burgundys 2015 (Nobbi Müller Burgunder& Süßweine, Hamburg): The most restrained showing of this tasting, very tight, muted fruit, some graphite, earthy tones, herbal, for me a lot of upside potential, give this at least 5+ years in your cellar, (****), 82€ per bottle
