(Byron GSM Nielson Vineyard) Black-tinged very dark ruby color; tar, roasted fruit, pepper nose; ricch, ripe berry, black cherry, tar, candied violets palate with sweet tannins; could use 1-2 years; medium-plus finish (36% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 29% Mourvedre all co-fermented; 13.5% alcohol; 100% whole cluster; 24 months in 100% new French oak)
