The 2012 features more extracted fruit than other vintages of Morgan Gary's Vineyard Pinot Noir. It still retains the spice, fresh acidity, and complexity of a more typical Gary's Vineyard bottling. The ripe red fruit - emphasizing candied cherries - is dialed up a notch or two.

Primary fruits but smooth with acid to balance it all and just a delicious wine. Wish I had the patience to cellar these but they were just too good. I think Vinous missed on this one
