Decanted 30 minutes. The color was a clear medium plus violet to a faded rim. Dark red fruit and some earth on the nose. The medium bodied palate showed lots of the dark red fruits - black cherry, cranberry, raspberry - black tea, and touches of minerality, spice and earth. The acidity was juicy and there was no evidence of any tannins. Can probably hold for a few years but no reason to wait.

Bought this with my wife when we were still dating. Cellar tour, etc. saved for what seemed like forever. Almost forgot about it. Rediscovered when packing for London. Brought across the sea.
Enjoyed with friends with a big Sunday night dinner. Homemade chicken Tandoori, with lots of sides.
Delicious. Held up well against the touch of spice. Still good fruit, muted finish.
Enjoy now.

PnP. Perfect cork and fill. Medium red. Initially closed on the nose and quite tight on the palate with considerably fine grained tannins on the long finish. With air this develops some of the classic Hirsch mineral/iron flavors and more dark than red fruits. Still quite clenched and in need of another 3-5 years in the cellar IMHO. Quite a lot of potential upside I think as the balance is spot on.
