  Fresh and youthful, honey and steel dominate the nose. Apart from the honey, apple, and peach on the palate there's a wild, foxy aspect to the fruit that makes it altogether more interesting. It's a scent I've come across before in hybrid grapes in Brazil and I quite like it, in small doses. A touch of residual sugar on the finish but it stays balanced. Nice, well made, true to type.
