Vagabond Wines (67 Brushfield Street, London E1 6AA): Nose: dark fruits, jammy, coffee, spices, nice Taste: light to medium bodied, medium acidity, medium tannins, cherry, lots of alcohol, thin, lots of herbal and green bell pepper notes, almost no fruit, nice nose but taste disappointing

I'm in agreement with many of the other notes, there's a distracting blast of alcohol which mostly dissipates after an hour but the wine never settles down fully. Ripe red raspberry, spicy herb, and jalapeno pepper note on the finish. The body was thin, which I typically don't take issue with, but combined with the heat lacked balance.

Quite a muted nose with herbal and anise notes. The palate is medium bodied with flavors of ripe raspberry and burnt match that turn more savory on the finish.

All burn up front. Needed a couple hours of air to smooth out. Fairly thin. Would not buy again at $17.

These needs about 2 hours of air right now. Then it starts to show some of its stuff. Red fruit, tannins, acidity, nice nose.
