  Tapped the 5 liter bag-in-a-box. Smells like plum, cherry, hibiscus - somewhat demure, but fresh and attractive - on a foundation of rocky earth, with a bit of tar; quite nice. Similar notes on the palate, with lip-smackingly tart acidity. Good stuff - tasty, balanced, characterful, and an excellent value in this delightful format.
  
  Almost a week in, it's going strong, with the earthiness intensifying a bit and getting slightly animal, to good effect, but no major change. Still has the fresh fruit element - these bags must really work. Good stuff, proving slightly dangerous to have on tap.
