  The primary aroma and taste here is pineapple. The nose is accented with some vanilla candle and light floral notes. The palate was like canned pineapples mixed with peach, pear, grapefruit, crisp minerality and a surprising earthy note. Not too tart and rather mouth-coating. Tasting great with a bit of chill on it, pairing well with an autumnal mushroom soup.
