Blend of 50 cab 30 merlot and 20 PV. An inviting and super expressive nose of assorted Dried dark berries not datey, truffle, dark chocolate...aromatic super elegant and expressive nose showing beautiful tertiary aromas of dried Mediterranean fruit and eucalyptus. Mouth wow! super balanced very elegant with layers upon layers of dark fruit with a delicious "sweet" mouth coating lingering finish of black cherries and chocolate. excellent acidity and powerful, firm yet well integrated tannins. A super wine wow!! So elegant, feminine, yet distinct. Every one kept going back for more. This wine truly showcases the beauty and potential there is for Israeli grown fruit showing controlled Mediterranean fruit and a distinct fruit character unique to Israel. Just entering peak will drink for several years and possibly even improve further. Wow so good. 94

Perfectly balanced and just entering it's drinking window - this one probably has another year of improvement ahead. But as always, excellent and thoroughly enjoyable.

This year's release is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 20% Petit Verdot, aged for 22 months in new french oak barrels. Dark purple in color with on the nose black fruit such as plums, cassis and cherries with light notes of toasted oak and coffee. Medium to full-bodied with black fruit as well as some green notes such as bell pepper and leafy tobacco with more blackberries and cassis on the mid-palate as well nice minerals and roasted coffee beans with bracing acidity and tannins that rise and coat the mouth on the long finish. This is is still very young but will certainly age gracefully over the next 7-9 years. 14.2% Abv.
