  <Espumosos del Mundo- 2ª serie nº 1> Se trata de una muestra degollada en 2016 (sin etiquetar). De color pajizo dorado. Se muestra bastante"joven" con notas de fruta blanca, apuntes florales y matices cítricos en primer plano, si bien con la aireación comienzan a aparecer notas más "maduras", con huellas de la autolisis en desarrollo. En boca la entrada es buena, el paso cremoso, firme, con ciertas notas golosas, bien de acidez, largo y con profundidad. Pese a su edad se muestra aún en proceso de desarrollo. Creo que evolucionará muy bien en los próximos 4/5 años.

  Pale gold, large bubbbles initllay but calmed down after a few minutes in the glass. The nose has yeast and apple with flavours and a creamy palate of apple pie but a crisp finish. Very good but debatable value according to the guy who bought it and we drank it with!

  Tasted blind. Ripe fruit with plenty of oxidation notes and autolytic characters. Lacks some acidity and finess but overall a delicious one.
