Delicious. Great nose of blue and dark fruit, subtle vanilla. Acid and tannins are mild with a nice velvety texture. On the palate it’s lush blue and black fruit. Drinking wonderfully.

PnP. While not the most overly complex wine, this had a unique and interesting flavor profile. The nose and palate opened up after 20 minutes in the glass to reveal cranberry and dark fruits with a touch of spice.

Not bad for a 2011 from California. Still typical thinner consistency. Easy to drink with pretty nice flavor profile. I personally will not buy a 2011 from Cali. Friends brought it to dinner. Not horrible.

Slow ox in bottle for 2 hours, 1 hour in decanter. Strong berry, acidity and alcohol on the nose. Lighter body than other Pinas, but this is known with the Wolff vineyard compared to other Piña vineyards. Solid tannins, fresh acidity and red cherries and raspberries with a hint of spice make this a balanced wine, with a surprisingly long juicy finish, given the medium body. A fantastic wine, but overpriced, as there are many $50 wines out there that can easily compete.

Very classy, balanced, a slight sweetness, lovely supple tannins. The quality here is very high, and obvious.
