It actually has 1.4 grams per liter I am being told. Smells like pasta water that has had a Movia sparkling wine disgorged in it. Dough. Short taste, deserves more attention.

the name 239 comes from the riesling clone used...239 is one of the most common. Quite dry, some minerality, not well balanced, ripe acids, green apple/ grapefruit notes on nose. alcohol too high or too evident for the rest of the structure...could use aging. more apple on palate. 1.6RS, still too dry for the balance. Stemmy?

Aromas and flavors of white peach, white florals, lime and green apple. Medium acidity and light minerality.
