Clear, bright straw colour with low optical density and a watery rim with the lightest hint of fizz. Lovely and inviting nose of crisp orchard fruits and sweetened fig with some light cut grass. High acidity marks the refreshing low bodied and mellow wine, with butter-crusted apple crisp, a huge dose of citrus, and sweet, tart floral-infused orchard fruits. There is a medium intensity of flavours with decent complexity, but the flavours fade over the midpalate with a clean, neat finish of butter rum and apple. This off-dry white is refreshing and easy-going, and is drinking very nicely, and is a good compliment to racy, light foods.

Clear pale yellow with green hints. Notes of rose and apple on the nose, with a slight tinge of freshly opened tennis ball canister. Light with fresh acidity. Palate of cream and fruit, particularly apple and pear, along with slight minerality. Nice!!
