Aromas leads off with minerals/wet stone, followed by lime. Not overly complex. Palate is dry, medium+ acid, medium length. Quite pleasant texture ; medium to medium- body that is quite racy

Pale lemon-straw, watery rim @12.5% abv. Aromas of lemon, green papaya, pineapple, and slight petrole notes. Dry, high acidity, tart and palate with lemon, mango and racy finish. Good mouthfeel and weight. Displays all riesling characteristcs, not as refined and nuanced as it German brethren. This terroir has potential though.

Aromas of lime, pear, green apple, wet stone, apricot, petrol. Rounder and weightier mouthfeel than expected. A nice tartness but the perfect, balanced amount of residual sugar and fruitiness. Dry. Very nice Canadian dry Riesling. Medium intensity on the nose, medium to medium+ length.
