  What a beautiful wine.
  It has just a touch of orange on the rim. The nose is really shining with elegant decay, fresh mushrooms, ripe strawberries, fennel.
  The palate is vibrating. The acidity makes the wine fly. It has an airy feel to it. Yes, it lacks some density in the fruit to be truly grand, but it has everything else. The finish is extremely pleasant although the length may tell us about the terroir. However, the dark may have more hidden than I feel.
  The wines from Pierre are some of the most inspiring I have tasted for years, and I will continue to follow this small Maison.
