  • Drank with three grilled fish - tuna, mahi-mahi, halibut. Slightly chilled accompanied all three of them very well.

  • Light and sparkingly clear, no legs.
Delicious nose of raspberry, with a suggestion spice and of plump grapes.
Medium body, intense flavor, well balanced, soft tannins, long and rich aftertaste.
    Crisp, sweet and sour.
    Very fruity, complex.
    Delicate and delicious.

  • Fles 1:

  • Second of three PNs tasted in Queensland. This with a lovely Japanese meal of sashimi, edamamen, wagyu beef and soft shell crab. On its own this was flat, one dimension-ed and lacklustre. There wasnt much distinct pinot characteristic to it. Some sips reminded me of Cabernet. With food the wine opened up considerably, pear, cherry, leather and wood, though lacking any integration to present a whole. Finish was not sort yet not long.
