  Degustato in compagnia, come aperitivo. Appena stappato, direttamente dal ghiaccio. Sempre mantenuto in posizione orizzontale, cantina a temperatura controllata.
  Colore giallo paglierino, perlage fine, appena versato la spuma è vigorosa, frizzante, intensa, di grana larga. Il naso non è dei più raffinati e piacevoli, ma abbastanza velocemente vira verso il classico del Franciacorta. Quindi i lieviti, la crosta di pane, le farine. Il profumo non è intenso. Al palato non ha particolare estratto, buonaacidità, persistenza moderata. Essendo io un amante dei Franciacorta affinati, ho trovato questo esemplare non all'altezza del mio personale gusto, ma riconosco che potrebbe essere un'ottima scelta per un aperitivo non eccessivamente importante, e che non intenda sottrarre aspettative ai primi o ai secondi. Tutto sommato un buon entreè a patto di non attendersi il blasone, e nemmeno le qualità di altre importanti interpretazioni Franciacortine.

  A week in Tuscany (and Lots of wines); 10/19/2015-10/21/2015 (Tuscany, Italy): Bought in the Antinori tasting room for 22 Euros. Light golden in color. The nose has some ginger and a bit of minerality. Maybe some limes. On the palate, this is good, but not really better than a good Prosecco or Cava. I know they make higher end wines as well. An enjoyable wine but not worth the money. I think this is a new project so given Antonori's track record, check back in ten years. Of course, then i won't be able to afford it.
