Tasted in a 4-syrah wine flight at the Tasting Room: Wines of Washington in Post Alley Pike Place Market Seattle. A dark purple in the glass, with quick-forming legs. The nose features blackberry, black currant, dark raspberry and oak. Good intensity and concentration, with white pepper joining in on the finish. More acidity and thinner than the 2010 Columbia Valley version from this producer. Likely still very young. Nice!
