Pale golden color, there is a little flint on opening that settles out pretty quickly. Nose of clean linen, this toes the line between tropical and citric nicely, with fresh acidity but well ripened stone fruit. It has some butter and lemon curd on the palate as well. Remarkably youthful and not yet at peak, if the bottle is sound, which this one was.
I am told this wine is partially fermented in tank but from one of the ripest sites in Meursault. And I think that follows.

First time trying this - really solid. Out of the bottle this was a tad bit heavy. But after some air it lightened up and became a beautiful wine. Needed like 30 minutes. Perfect light yellow color. Lemon, lees, spice, nuts, flowers and a tangyness that was beautiful. Well structured with a good acid backbone. Not near decline - at peak. 92-93.

Huge nose leaps out of the glass, pleasantly reductive, ripe yellow Chardonnay fruit, white flowers, and flint. Big and beautiful. Palate is very nice as well, ripe and rich yellow flavours with a light texture and mouthfeel. Really impressed with this. Honestly didn’t know d’Angerville had a Meursault holding.

Exploring Meursault with Cedric at Eleven Madison Park (Eleven Madison Park Sol LeWitt Room): Gorgeous elegance. Perfect balance with nice acidity and round ripe fruit.
