Champagne Salon e Delamotte (Milano c/o Pandolfini): Degorgée 2014, from Magnum. Pas dosé.
Just slightly sparkling. Intense golden yellow.
Iodine note, oyster and some fumè hints, silex. GUNPOWDER. Wet wood and some honey.
Coherent at taste, with same reminds of marine, fumè (almost bitumen) and grapefruit.
Nice structure and still good acidity
