Dark purple. Fragrant, spicy cinnamon , and olives on the nose. Starts off tart, dried cherry, dusty, quickly dries out and has aged cab savory flavors. Okay, but not my cup of tea. Would not keep longer if you still have them. Tasted from a large tasting pour, and tasted twice

I had misplaced this bottle for a while. Uncovered recently I decided to open it lest I lose the wine again. I'm glad I opened it, as it was really showing well, with rich red and black fruit, balanced by softened but still present tannins and a long fruity and herbal finish. This was really delicious. Pride is an anomaly for me. I don't usually enjoy Bordeaux varieties from California, but take a bottle of Pride, put 8-10+ years on it, and I really love them. Fine stuff.

Old but good. Aromatic cab franc. Dusty cherry nose. Could be confused with older Caymus. Old red fruit.
