  Vintage Port 1999 (Portvinsklubben 1981): Blackberry and cherry fruit mixed with hay and smoke but also a lovely touch of peppermint.
  Nice tannic structure, solid fruit and a good acidity. Has some good potential for improvement!

  Terreiro do Paco http://www.terreiropaco.com/ (Lisbon, Praca da Comercio): Very young vintage port, but a winner. Beautiful fruits up front, blueberrys and deep berry flavors. Not at all hot at this stage, decanted but did not have significant sediment. Will evolve beautifully over the next 10 years
