Those sharp grapefruit & honey notes transform into rounded green fig & stimulating honeysuckle notes. Yes, the acidity has dropped out but it is interesting now, as it has some depth.
Delicious & vibrant and a perfect match to halibut. (Thanks Nathan)

Paired with baked red snapper crusted with crumbs and Parmesan over a bed of peppers and onions rice and salad. We were all impressed. Nice fruity nose. Somewhat floral and I picked up a touch of peach or perhaps honey. Bright and crisp and fresh with a touch of crisp green apple. Not acidic. Very enjoyable with the fish. Whites aren’t our “thing” but this paired up very nicely. Very enjoyable!

Clear, bright, yellow-gold with green hints. Medium intensity nose, with floral notes and tropical fruit. A watery mouthfeel, with a muted attack. Floral spice on the mid-palate that evolves to flavours of lemon and subtle spice. An inoffensive and simple dry white. Not much collaring potential- drink up!

Pungent floral honey and marzipan scents. Similar palate in a very dry style of Chenin, with little fruit but plenty of almonds, angel food cake, and a hint of nettles. Tastes more like a Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend but quite well done.
