WSET L3 fun tasting (The Lobby, Sydney): Colour: clear, pale, lemon green, no tears Nose: Clean, medium intensity, youthful wine with aromas of melon, peach, blossom and sweet spice (ginger). Mouth: A dry wine with medium acidity, long intensity slightly drying and bitter tannins, medium body, alcohol and flavour intensity with flavours of melon and slight peach which carry on the medium length finish. An acceptable quality wine. No real excitement here. Drink now.
