Lean tertiary fruit notes. On the thin and acidic notes but with lovely floral notes mixed with a bit of green herbs and mild pepper notes. The viogier comes through on the finish adding a bit of “fatness”. Clearly on downward slope. Always an interesting wine.

This one's a bit of a puzzle. Upon opening this was brick-colored on the edges and also smelled surprisingly advanced. Very tart with some brett. Meaty and savory but also very light and a bit green. Zingy and fun, but also too acidic even for tomato sauce. So if you're having this with food, think acid acid acid. Maybe an intense salad.
On day 3 it had put on some weight, and the acidity was more settled and integrated, but the green and bretty flavors were also more prominent. I preferred it on day 1 with some air.
I may hold my other couple bottles just to see what happens. Whatever else you say about it, this wine has personality. It's pretty enjoyable and gives you something to think about. And in a way, what more can you ask for from a wine?
Normally $11 bottles give you something to think about only in the same sense that a terrible but popular movie gives you something to think about, i.e. who likes this? Why do they like it? What does its popularity say about our society? This is more like a budget indie from a newer filmmaker working in a new format or genre. Yeah, it's rough around the edges but the characters are compelling.

Love the aromatic lift. Quite refined and hints st hermitage? stylings. Palate is light, crisp, and a bit tart. Bit of green as well. Finish a little short. Very interesting. More about finesse and freshness than power. Better with food.

Okay wth is going on, because this bottle is hella dense cherries and pipe tobacco all lifted by beautiful acid. Perfectly in balance with a niiiice cigar finish. Delightful!

Fool's Journey is right, we didn't care for this at all. Not sure if it's just past it's prime or what. Bummed I've got 3 of these left! Glad they were only $11...took a flyer.
