Very dark red. Spice, cedar and violet on the nose. Medium to full bodied, sage, blueberries, white pepper, well integrated tannins, smoke, and a long finish. Nothing subtle about this, but still really good.

Tasted across a horizontal of 2012 Fort Ross Pinots, this is closest to what comes to mind when I think 'Cali pinot'. Not over the top yet fresh red fruit - strawberry, cherry and raspberry. Cool climate with medium acidity and light tannins. Drinking well now and should continue to do so several more years.

tasty wine. Cherry, strawberry, tannins, heavier than our prior experience. Delicious with the chicken stew a la Oliver and with the Chinese duck.

A somewhat heavier style of PN, but typical of Sonoma Coast PN fruit. Well made. Not great QPR. I am not sure aging will improve. Drink up.
