  • WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Medium lemon colour. Slight spritz
    Nose: The nose is Clean and Youthful, showing Medium(+) intensity primary aromas of lemon, lime, peach, apricot, melon, pineapple and secondary aromas of toast, vanilla.
    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium level of acidity. It has a Medium(+) Level of alcohol (13.50%). It has Medium(+) body and Medium intensity primary flavours of lemon, lime, peach, apricot, melon, pineapple and secondary flavours of vanilla, toast, butter, cream. The finish is Medium. Ripe fruit character. Fresh tangy acidity, soft round MLF texture
    Overall: Acidity sticks out a bit. Oak well integrated, soft round MLF texture, alcohol a bit warm. OK intensity and length, no real complexity
    Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing Doesn't have the structure for, nor will it improve with ageing; Medium priced (£7.99)
