Really delightful, refreshing Loire rose from patchwork blend of pinot meunier (50%), pinot gris (35%), and pinot noir (15%). Pale straw pink color, fruity red berry nose with citrus and faint tropical stirrings and just a whiff of mineral, almost sweet initially but decent acidity keeps it from being cloying. Not a harsh note in sight. It won't win any awards for complexity, but at 12% it's a paragon of thirst quenchers. On the deck for the first really warm day of Spring, say no more.

Lovely pale, peachy color. Nose is light stone fruit and grass. Pleasantly savory and grassy on the palate, with characteristics of each of the 3 pinot grapes used in the blend distinctive. Over a foundation of grass, peach, and nectarine, there's a floral layer, and an earthy, sour red fruit inflection that's very pinot meunier. Finish is crisp. Subtle, dry, and mellow, not particularly sweet or fruit forward.
