  Slight fizzante out of the bottle, nose is subdued showing underlying slate, lemon rind, sharp apple and hints of green herb, thyme. On the palate the acidity pop’s and sizzles. Makes your mouth water under a wealth of green apple (jolly rancher) and fresh cut white peach. Long lingering finish shows green spice and extract. Aftertaste of honeysuckle and quince. This is youthful, lively and tight. Its good now but, will be better 10-15 years down the road. Purchased as direct import and stored accordingly. Enjoyed 40-50 degrees… Na zdrowie
