  Clear, pale gold with white rim, sparse slow-moving tears.
  Clean, med- intensity, aromas of honey, lemon, tart pears and granny smiths with ever so tiny hint of mustiness.
  Dry, no tannins, med- alcohol, almost light bodied, med- acidity, not very complex and a relatively short finish although I sense a comeback on the throat several seconds later. Further tastes of asparagus, cloves, grassy and green melons. This is an aperatif on a hot day.
