  Dark inky purple. Aromas of chocolate, licorice (black), and tobacco leaf over dark fruits. Good intensity on the nose. Palate is dry, good acidity, full body, with medium tannins framing flavours of dark fruits and dark spice (esp. black pepper). Nicely blended- almost like you get each varietal layered.

  Dark inky red. Dark red and black berry bouquet, with hints of blueberry and spice, vanilla, and oak. Concentrated and full bodied mouth feel with medium plus acidity. Palate of cranberry and toasted oak, with spice. Long finish. Great value wine!
