  • I've come to believe that exeptional wines don't exist, there are only exeptional bottles. Some have struck me in awe and bliss. This wine has none of the above.

What is does have is a nice fizzy salmon color. Strawberries, moscato grape juiciness and some blossoms in the nose and taste. It is lite in body and alcohol and not too sweet. Perfect for a lite and not to sweet dessert.

I've paired it with marinated strawberries with basil, mint white wine anglaise and freshly ground black pepper. served luke warm. And that made the difference.
If you ever need a gloom chaser try this combination for breakfast.
