  If you appreciate Syrah... Blaufränkisch... or Mencia... well, you're bound to love this! This beautiful medium-bodied red has a cool-climate aroma profile (definitely not by latitude, so most likely altitude) with fresh juicy berry fruit, ground pepper, ground rocks, and a twist of fresh herbs. Imagine the love-child of a Morgon and a Saint-Josèph. We got to have more of this stuff!

  Abierto desde el inicio.
  
  Seda pura, pimienta, suelo volcanico, frambuesas, las plantas del volcán.
  
  Delicado, muy fino, con buena concentración.
  
  Se abrió siguiendo el consejo de Jonatan ya que es su primera añada y no se sabe por donde van a ir los tiros.
  
  A la noche se habia vuelto mucho más opaco, su perfume muta a una nota especiada y mineral, algo más sucio.
  
  Iré probando más añadas.
