Good color. The nose shows aromas of ripe berries, flowers, minerals, damp earth and a hint of spice. This is medium full bodied on the palate with excellent concentration and good finesse. The fairly long finish features ripe tannins. Just a touch rigid though...

La Paulée de New York: Vertical Tasting (Rainbow Room - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Mostly red cherry aromas with fresh spice come across as ripe but elegant. Slightly larger-scaled flavors with good concentration. Cellar a few years longer. 90-91 point potential.
