Peter Bourne GWT Tasitng Chardonnay (8 Danks street, Sydney): Aromas of cream, spice, lemon, sulphur and butter. In the mouth the wine is juicy with flavours of lemon and cream and slight butter then sweet spice. Worked but very long none the less. A touch of alcohol heat is non-intrusive. Hmm. Old school winemaking with new school fruit...I'm on the cusp of rather liking this.
