  This is in a perfect spot right now.... Open and perfumed, with notes of dark and dark red candied berries, some sour cherries, some pepper, also some caramel, minerality, and smoke. It‘s medium bodied, with medium-lower tannin and medium acidity. Good length. An uncomplicated, perfumed and fun-to-drink Ladoix that has similar aromatics as the Corton (of course with less structure and complexity) at a very attractive price.

  This is open and ready to go with a little bit of air. Pretty notes if candied red and dark red fruit, some flowers, a touch of minerality and some smoke. It's medium bodied with medium tannin and medium acidity. Good length. The extra level of richness and ripeness of 2012 is coming through but this is a very nice Ladoix for a modest price.

  Tasted at winery. Beautiful nose of flowers, candied red cherries and a touch of minerals. Similar flavors on the palate. Medium-bodied and pretty dense, with beautiful medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Good length. I also love the freshness! A very pretty Ladoix at a great price.
