  It needed to be drank. The bubbles are going fast when opened. I smell apricot and peach.

  I enjoy this wine each time I have it. It is an interesting sparkling wine made with atypical grapes (flora) in a classic demi-sec style. It has a floral and honeyed nose, with peach pie and pear custard underlying. The palate has a delicate mousse and is definitely discernible as off dry, but has a lovely creamy texture. Paired well with Thai food.

  Medium intensity yellow, delicate bubbles; vanilla cake, rose petals and yeast on the nose and palate with good acidity and subtle sweetness. Medium length finish. I will purchase again.
