As expected, mineral driven, pronounced spices, tamed fruit. Very nice overall and still going strong - no signs of aging. Worth trying if you can find it!

The wine was a bit corky. Even corky the nose had some scents of ripe pineapple and lots of minerality. On the palette the acidity is balanced with lots of citrus .and pineapple.

One of those lucky days that one comes across well aged assyrtiko for a great wine cellar ( Oinoscent in Athens). Well aged, still very much the mineral wine it started but softer, well evolved, secondary fruit, creamy edge on the palate and with soft fruit. This is now at a great place albeit we would worry if this is worth ageing more even for such a nobble grape. 92 and very good now

Gold colour and nose full of complexity and mineral. On the palate a bit savoury with vibrand acidity and body to balance which is typical of Santorini . Fruit almost gone and some nutty and honey scents started to appear. I think it will continue to evolve for a couple of years and then it will start to enter the late phase which is fascinating to some of winelovers.

Very pale gold color, bone dry on the palate. Lemony honey nose, plenty of mineral character tinged with a touch of lime, peach and pear.
