  Popped and poured. Ripe pear, mineral aroma. White fruit flavors up front, mineral apricot and apricot pit finish. This has a sweetness that would be cloying if not for the acid/mineral underpinnings and the pleasant bitterness in the finish. Linear, good now, don't think it will be getting any better. Good value, as per usual in the Finger Lakes.
