  Bollicina di classe, questa di Bellavista. Proviene da un vitigno con più di 20 anni alle spalle, in una zona particolarmente vocata. Di ottimo spessore gusto-olfattivo e con bollicina molto sottile. Spuma copiosa e morbida. Al naso è avvolgente con la classica crosta ed i lieviti a farla da padrone, per poi arricchirsi di fiori, mandorla, frutta bianca fresca, pera. Un intenso metodo classico che riproverei molto volentieri.
