Ordered off the list to pair with foie and ended up being comped by the GM (thank you, M!). Aromas of candied violets, orange blossom honey, apricot and quince paste. Medium-bodied with enough acid to keep it from being cloying, with flavors of fig, melon, apricot, marmalade and florals. 91 for me, 92 for Domino, and a nice match for Chef's new foie preparation.

Opened by LostVerse. Overtly fruity aromas of crushed grape skins. Solid acidity. Tart fruit with grapefruit and lemon notes. 88 points.

Opened by tlv with the dessert course. Nice floral qualities over ripe stone fruit. Richly textured, but with enough acidity to keep it fresh.
