Vintage Select Industry Tasting - Firehouse in the Heights: A little off dry but not overtly sweet. Nice nose of apple and pear with a hint of citrus peel. On the palate, apple and pear flavors repeat with a nice whack of fruit. Nice acidity balances the finish. The big fruit makes it appear sweeter than it is. Would be a great compliment for spicy dishes.
