Creamy, smooth and suave. Full bodied soft dark fruit. Lots of classy dark smokey oak. I would not say this is true to cab franc varietal, but perhaps more of the merlot with the softness. Just a hair of green pepper. A very Napa wine. Drinking well, perhaps just a bit past prime, but I think this will hold on for a couple more years. A soft, juicy, fruity treat.

Deep purple in color, solid tannins, interesting to compare to a Bordeaux blend that would include cab Sauvignon, maybe a bit less lean and a touch more green. No real change in the wine over the 2 hours that we drank it.

Deep dark purple in color. Round and soft wine. Lots of black and blue fruits. Drank over about 90 minutes.

Super citrus initially. Bright cherry. Velvet mouth feel. Slightly toasted tobacco. Very long tannic finish
