Discovered this gem hiding on a discount rack. A nicely woven tapestry of mixed berries, animale, and provincial herbs. Definitely some brett, but at pleasing levels. A New World producer deftly dancing the line between the Rhone and Washington state. Down right delicious and compelling.

Opaque. Funk and dark fruits on the enticing nose. Add spices, iodine and a faint taste of brett on the complex palate. Mature and good to go. Amazing value. A must try.

Tasted with Christophe, tremendous wine value. Soft elegant tannins with loads of earthy soily notes. Black fruit is dense. Anise/menthol/animal undertones. Very nice complex Rhone style, must try for Rhone fans at 30$! 91-93 pts.

A bit more bretty than the 2013 I am being told. With some savory power there. And a touch lean.

Doing this from memory. Beautiful and complex Syrah with an outstanding soft texture and rich, creamy body. Outstanding wine.
