  (JMday@BerowraWatersInnwBunny) Straw colored in glass. Expressive funky nose of old shoes, struck matchstick, white floral honey, opening up in the glass to show some focused oily richness. Soft rounded apricot sweetness structured with tall acidity w passionfruit. Beautiful clarity and precision leading to a long savoury finish with freshcut grapefruit pith. Impressive and gains more perfume when paired with the creamy and delicately textured monkfish and ubersweet peas!
