  pop and pour and served with food (pasta shells in a fried tomato paste and basil sauce, with roast tenderloin, spinach and Caramelized onions).
  
  Then followed without food for about 1 hour.
  Nose shows some spice, a hint of alcohol and acetone. That blows off with a little time.
  A simple wine, showing sour cherries and some white pepper and spruce.Heat shows a bit. This is labelled as 14.5%. It shows.
  An ok wine.

  Rubini cristallino. Morbido al naso, ben strutturato e piacevolmente nitido. Sapore rotondo. Caldo e levigato. Persistente. Un buon vino aiutato da un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero eccezionale. Una piacevole scoperta.
